So far all people I have talked to have had a positive Oom insurance. Of course you should be ok with their fees which are substantially higher than those 'Digital Nomad' insurances where you pay the fee and pray when you submit a claim. This year my claims are quite high, but had no problem at all with Oom and all was paid back within 2 weeks. Had a different experience in the last 30 years with other full fare expat insurances. Again highly recommended.
