I frequently get foreign travelers (mostly budget backpackers) from other continents so they need medical travel insurance that meets the EU criteria. Instead of translating and finding out if the travel insurance in their country meets this criteria it is much quicker, easier and cheaper to use OOM insurance (Visitors insurance).
I receive the policy in English the same day or next day. Send the pdf to the traveler. They keep it on their phone and/or print it and they are good to go.
