I didn't really use my health insurance until after a few years. The only downsides are not every hospital has a contract with OOM, and they don't cover prescription medication. Nevertheless, filing a claim was easy, no claim was ever denied, even when I had a slew of blood tests and visits. Regardless, easy and affordable, especially relative to American health insurance!
