They promise gold mountains, but after purchasing the obd2 there are hidden cost. Also the real important stuff needs pro or ultimate extra subscription making it a useless moneypit. Support is slow.

We do not agree with your comments. The product page clearly states what this device is and what it is not. It is described as a basic dongle, and it is also explained that additional features may require a PRO or Ultimate subscription, depending on what functionality you want to use.
There are therefore no “hidden costs.” The available functions, subscriptions, and possible expansions are part of the product information before purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the product description carefully and make sure the product matches their expectations and intended use.
For future purchases, we would strongly recommend reading the product information more carefully before placing an order, rather than leaving a review that suggests the seller is at fault because you did not properly review the listing yourself.
