Most valuable for me: Preparation assignments in the NEN Academy. The trainer’s explanations. Exercises during the training day. The trainer had deep knowledge of the subject and the standards, explained the material clearly, offered solutions to (standards-related) problems I face in my work, provided a clear structure throughout the training, motivated me and my fellow participants to actively engage, created a safe and positive learning environment.
