The training was interactive and the exercises gave us real life examples and the opportunity to receive and give feedback. I found the training very useful!. Most valuable for me: Exercises during the training day. The trainer had deep knowledge of the subject and the standards, explained the material clearly, offered solutions to (standards-related) problems I face in my work, provided a clear structure throughout the training, motivated me and my fellow participants to actively engage, created a safe and positive learning environment.
