I am happy with the items I ordered, they were delivered in good condition.

What I don't like is that it is advertised to order before a certain time for delivery the next day. This is not really what happens with larger items.

As for the delivery, this was frustrating as I was given a specific window as to when the delivery would be made. I hired people to be present during that window to help bring the items to my 4th floor. The driver was late. To their credit, the delivery company's customer service person was extremely helpful and was able to get the driver to agree that if help wasn't present, he would help bring the shower upstairs. In the end, the person I hired was able to find a friend to help me so it worked out in the end but I was super irritated that day.
