Customer service is really bad,
I bought a corner sofa since day one the corner part was just de attaching every second, I called sent photos and videos and they said they will sent some one, he called 2 times with only 1 time option once was monday between 3-4 pm and once wednsday 3-4 pm and no alternative, of course i was at work those days and i couldn't reschedule in that short notice, less than a week,
and then he stopped replying me, i tried to call hi is saying i need to call the company and company is saying i need to call him,
Only one person is in charge,
I have 2 years warranty and its not even 1 year since i bought this sofa and its just falling apart, even the fabrik now is falling and nobody taking responsibility, im trying to contact since 19 of octb
