After pushing for several day for delivery, finally I had to call myself to Lumz`s forwarder to schedule delivery date. Lumz were too busy to take care for it! Finally package arrived, but some items delivered in wrong color. Customer service is ultimate unfriendly and below any standard. The complaint email is simply ignored, while following up by phone call, Customer Service even don`t ask about your order number and tells you :" We will read your mail as soon as we have time, maybe after 1-2- or 3 days.. We hebben het druk!" Instead of saying SORRY for the wrong delivery and take an action to correct it!

Educate Customer Service and take care for right products to be delivered to Customer.
