I ordered 3 products (logo, website and one special design) and in the end was quite happy with 2 of the results. So quality was good. Main problem was that they never responded and never delivered until they got pushed really hard. And believe me - I was an easy customer. However, my last 3,4 or 5 emails all remained unanswered. They don´t keep their promise to go back and re-design until the customer is happy. And they don´t keep their promise to work fast and deliver quick. Which is a real shame, because I really had quite a few more projects waiting in line and would have loved to give it to them. Because as I said - I liked the quality.
