My experience was relatively good. The ordering process (online) went without problems and I was very pleased that there was an option to receive the product the same day. Unfortunately, there was a confusion with the delivery company and the product arrived until late the day after. Nonetheless, when I called Ledstripkoning they were immediately helpful and tried to fix the problem (at least they said so). It was nice to feel listened to and to received the shipment cost back.
