I had ordered the wrong light bulbs and did not open the package for 30 days. I requested to exchange the bulbs but the refused because I asked after the 14 day return period. All the bulbs were still in their packaging. They still stock the bulbs I want and the ones I want to exchange for them. Bad customer service! I will not use them again.

Thank you for your review. In our return policy it is mentioned that you can return your items within 14 days after you received your order. Returns after these 14 days we can't no longer accept. Exceptions in this case can't be made.
