It takes lot of efforts for all the information which needs to be sent to insurance company. The there are many other companies which get involve (alliance) and they have different tracking number so it takes lot of efforts to track your motor schade and status. I had to keep on calling the insurance company for payment. It took approx 55 days extra over the 30 day cooling period after it was reported stolen. KNMV does not support on anything on finalizing with other insurance companies.
