I booked an early bird special (5 lessons in a group of three students) and several semi-private. I obtained my IKO card as I was able to (safely) ride on both directions.
Sterke punten
The price for the early bird was affordable.
The instructors seem passionate about their job.
The instructors are making sure that everything is safe.
The instructors have a good command of the english language.
The spots (several) are actually good: you'd get a small lagoon (which helps you to progress fast as a beginner) but also the sea.
The training is making sure that you are not only prepared for ideal conditions but also for real conditions (bumpy sea, gusty/weak wind etc.).
The booking systems and the way they confirmed/canceled lessons (w.r.t. to weather condition) works well as it was done in a timely manner (at least 2 hours before and one night for the 'on standby' status).
The Westbeach location is nice, as you can get a warm shower after the course, and even a sandwich/tap water.
Verbeterpunten of tips
Sometimes, the walking to the small lagoon can be tiresome (10-15 minutes on sand). Rumor has it that they plan of getting a sand buggy/jeep.
Should specify on the website (boekingsystem) that if you pay on site by PIN, it will be some extra (minimal) fee.
As the number of windy days and instructors is limited, maybe extend the booking system with a queuing feature: if this spot will become available I'd like to take it.
