I enjoyed my experience and had a good time cooking and meeting new people.
Having said that, it was less of a cooking course or workshop and more of a cooking exercise. I don't feel like I learned any new techniques or information, and when I would ask one of the cooks, they would either do it for me or even ignore me.
While I was not unhappy with the leaders of the exercise, I definitely believe it could have been better.

Do a better job teaching. This is a "cooking class" in which nothing is taught. Recipes are provided that can honestly be found online. The assistants were very helpful and cheerful.
