support by phone realistic only after 18.00, some parts we got does not fit by dimensions (the clamps to hold 200mm tube assume a distance ~5cm from wall but other part with three openings (horizonal -> vertical plus water drain) has a distance ~12cm from the wall so the complete rookkanaal can not be placed at 5cm....while our contact told everything ok... As result we got one extra day of searching for extensions, drilling holes and this hobby style way of mounting does not look very professional....(with the 3K+ of overall project cost). Compatibility of parts sold via internet should be checked carefully or it should be clear manuals.

Our support by phone is from 08:00 till 17:00, so we aren't available after 18:00.
We've checked your purchase history in our system, but the only thing u have ordered with us is a metal degeaser and heat resistant paint in the color antracit.
Could you maybe contact us with your order reference on info@kachelmaterialenshop.nl regarding your order and the products who wouldn't fit so we can take a look at it and come with a solution.
