I contacted the Juridisch Centrum first for a free consult in relation to my request to work remotely (based on the Wet Flexible Werk) that my employer declined without respecting the rules set forth by the law. After the initial consultation and the initial advise, unfortunately my employer was still insisting in its position. Therefore I had to hire the Juridisch Centrum to handle the case for me. Eventually, just before filing for a court case, my employer finally agreed to comply with the law and approved my request.
