I don't know how they have all these 5 star reviews, they are nothing but disappointing and disrespectful to both the people working through their platform and to their clients.
I've never seen a company reply to emails with a 3 months delay. I've never encountered this lack of professionalism and understanding of how to run a business.
Payments are always delayed by at least 10 to 12 days, and now it's been more than 3 weeks since they were supposed to pay us for the month of January, yet nothing. They've invoked the reason that something went wrong with processing the payments. We will see if they will pay or if I will have to take legal steps.
They make it hard and sometimes even impossible for clients to change anything in terms of appointments and invoices.
Overall, avoid this company and look for one who actually does things professionally. I would never put my trust in them as a client, especially if we are taking about vulnerable people (elderly, people with chronic diseases etc).

Wij hebben geprobeerd contact met u op te nemen en u ook per e-mail benaderd, maar hier helaas geen reactie op ontvangen. Daarnaast kunnen wij uw e-mailadres niet terugvinden in ons systeem, waardoor het voor ons lastig is om uw situatie verder te onderzoeken.
