Terrible service, avoid if possible! Cleaner didn’t show up, I tried to get in contact with Hlprs as well as the cleaner via their website and nobody replied. I received an invoice for a service that never happened! Hlprs contact number says that opening times are from 9-12, i called at 11:30 (the same day of the appointment) and already was told it was out of the opening times! Now I am trying to contact customer service and again I can’t communicate with them.

I'm very sorry to read that the cleaner didn't show up for the appointment! The invoice is made up automatically, based on the booking. The cleaner should have cancelled the appointment beforehand (and, of course, she should have let you know) if she wasn't available. Of course, you don't have to pay for any hours that she hasn't worked. I have therefore cancelled the invoice for you.
