The worst service and customer service ever! I ordered a fridge and a washing machine on December 27th and few days after that, they've scheduled the delivery time for today ( 03-01-25) from 8:50 to 10:30, they sent me a tracking code, and I was following it from 6am today, when I woke up to make sure everything was prepared for when they would come. They say they will call you 20min before arriving, but the delivery person marked it as delivered, without calling me before, did not ring the doorbell, nothing! Simply marked as delivered at 8:49, but he never came! I am since then trying to contact Homie, and nobody is answers, neither through email, chat, WhatsApp or even calling! They have a police of 75 euros for who is not home at the moment of the delivery, but will I receive a 75 euros discount for loosing one day of work to wait for them? Will I even receive the order someday? I am waiting for an answer
