Everything was except the delivery. Delivery guy was not able to deliver 4.4m long curtain rails to the home because it would not fit in the stairs or the elevator. Instead of helping with the situation, kept insisting he has to leave to deliver other packages. Finally, I asked to deliver it through my balcony by holding it up.
- A note on the website or a confirmation sms would be good asking the customer to check if the delivery can fit into the building stairwell or elevators to ensure delivery.
- Secondly, delivery guys should have equipment which makes window or balcony delivery for apartments easier for bigger railings. I was lucky that the equipment i bought was lightweight enough but otherwise it was a dangerous delivery.
- Thirdly, it would be good if the curtain rail packaging is modular, so it is easy to discard. Right now i have a 4.4m long thick cardboard tube which i have to throw out the window the way it came in before being able to take it to the recycle center. Modular makes it easy to break it and take it out normally.

On our website, we mention that our delivery drivers bring orders up to the first threshold. In the case of an apartment building, this means to the main entrance door downstairs. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery all the way into the apartment.
The long, non-modular cardboard tube is intentionally used to protect the product during transport, especially due to the length and fragility of the rail. We understand it can be a bit inconvenient to dispose of, so we appreciate your suggestion and will take it into consideration.
