My package was never delivered after over 6 months. I did all I could to cooperate with finding the package, but they did not help at all. They did not even let me know the package was delayed. Now it is lost and they refuse to refund or replace the order, even though it is in their policy to do so. It is all a fake promise, there is no guarantee of safe shipment. I have lost around $750 in value. Do not buy from this company.
