Helt forferdelig kundeservice!
Absolutely terrible customer service! I ordered two bike lights via the website. I received an EMPTY box (well, it was full of airbag packing material, and nothing else). After a week of back-and-forth emails, I was informed that they would ship my lights that day. A week later, I was informed that they don't have the lights (although the website shows them to be in stock).
They go days at a time ignoring emails.
I have requested a full refund. Hopefully PayPal has my back here - but all they needed to do was send me the lights I purchased.
