The parts I ordered arrived ok but I found they did not fit my bike. I emailed them asking for the price of a new crankset to fit the parts. I received an automated email suggesting I wanted to return the parts. I didn't. Three subsequent emails to info and sales have all been ignored. I waited 13 minutes on an (expensive) international call and never got answered. This example of customer service is appalling. I am still awaiting a response.
