Robin has been such a star, after a fault of our own on the cards, I called to see if there is anything they can do to provide a discount to reorder them all. It had just been a few days after a rather hectic delivery of our boy and I could not help myself and burst into tears. Robin showed such kindness and understanding. Not only did she assist me with my query, also a few days later a little gift with a handwritten card arrived from her to congratulate us on our boy! Truly amazing to see this. I have worked in hospitality for 10 years and this is really a token of customer service. Thank you again to Robin!
