I bought multiple items 2 closets and 1 bed few more small things from Haco. Overall things were good but in one closet I received a damaged plank and i reported issue to customer support. Customer support for Hako is pathetic. I am chasing them for last 2 weeks and still not no one had called me even after multiple emails and calls. I had just received a response in email they will deliver the part in 9 weeks which is not acceptable.
