I've used habitat solutions for many years now and have always been extremely happy as the delivery has always been prompt. This time there were some supply chain issues so it's already been two weeks + since I ordered and I haven't gotten my order yet. For this reason I'm not giving a high rating. Since this is the first time I'd still recommend the company but if it happens again, I'd personally be likely to find a different supplier.

Hartelijk dank voor uw review. Het is zeker niet onze normale gang van zaken, maar helaas zijn er inderdaad wat vertragingen met de levering van onze CO2 flesjes. Heel vervelend en wij doen ons uiterste best om de flesjes hier zo snel mogelijk te krijgen.
U zou gisteren via onze klantenservice ook bericht ontvangen moeten hebben dat de flesjes begin volgende week binnen komen. Onze excuses voor de vertraging.
Mocht u nog vragen hebben dan vernemen wij dat graag.

Thank you very much for your review. It is certainly not our normal course of business, but unfortunately there are indeed some delays with the delivery of our CO2 bottles. Very disappointing and we do our very best to get the bottles here as quickly as possible.
