Ordered an item on Monday to give as a present on Saturday. nothing happened until Friday so I contacted them and they said it would be delivered in the evening. in the package that arrived was everything but the present. asked them on Monday what happened and got a formal explanation about their system. finally, checked the meat that was delivered and package of sausage expired 5 month ago so I cancelled everythig and asked for my money back which they honored.
