I rated it low because I have experience with other printing companies where the software to create a fotobook and service is much better. The software of fotofabriek is not error free. What you may see in software design comes up with errors in the actual product. And the company offers only 50% off next order as a solution, while other companies replace your book completely for free if you are not satisfied.
