Overall I'm very happy with the service. The product is beautifully done. Two things that I think would make it even better is that 1) if feasible offer an urgent delivery option with a price premium (so that maybe hardcover photo books can also be sent on the same day?) and 2) allow the customers to choose a shorter period of time when their uploads are stored. For example, I would like my uploads to be deleted immediately after production, or at most one week after that.
