The only issue I had was:- I reported it as a leak from the heating pipes and not a CV boiler problem. But the first engineer was a CV boiler engineer and simply took a photo to get another engineer to come and fix the pipe leak.
The good thing was that Customer Services organised the second engineer for the same afternoon.
