Feenstra onderhoud en service

Yes, the appointment was quick, specially considering the current situation, but the outcome not that good. First I was not asked before doing anything, nor advised about the cost that will have. I was under the impression this was a one time check before doing the maintenance contract and I found a guy replacing parts without even telling me and without my consent. He didn't have all the required knowledge and had to call Bosch service to understand the values of the boiler. Perhaps this is normal... but he ended up scheduling an appointment for a second day to replace another part which also had cost for me. So in short. I incurred in a bill of more than 300 euros for repairing a boiler that I could have decide to replace, as it was working fine, maybe not optimal, but fine. And I've applied for a contract that Feenstra is not taking because reasons that are not clear to me. I didn't have this issue with the previous company. If I would have an estimate of this work, I woudln't have even gone with feenstra and will continue with the previous company. That was just fine.
