Worst service ever. Applied via the company website for a maintenance of the CV kettel. A person came to the house to inspect at the CV kettel and he mentioned that the CV kettel is too old and they dont provide maintenance for that. Nowhere in the Feenstra website it was mentioned that they provide maintenance only for certain type of CV kettels. I got charged more than 50 euros for the visit as i had to pay for their visit and their time. In addition, i had to wait for 5 hours (between 12-17) and the technician showed after 17:30.
