They sent me a wrong product and refused to replace it with the right one because I was too late to contact them.
My electrician came for installation almost 3 months after my order and he pointed out that they sent me the wrong product. They sent 6A Type C RCD instead of 63A Type B RCD... I am not an electrician so I couldn't have known beforehand, but they were kind enough to tell me "You should have seen it before, it is your responsibility.". Yeah well, I am not an electrician...
They just say "Oh that's our mistake, we are people too, people make mistakes, but you are too late, we can't replace it anymore." And they plainly refused to replace it.
I understand people make mistakes but business ethics is about standing up for your mistakes and make your customers happy, so that they keep coming back for more. Especially when YOU are in fault, you can stretch the 30 days period and simply replace a 25 eur product. You don't lose money, both products have the same price tag, and everyone is happy.. But nah, rules say 30 days, its 30 days, even if it's their mistake.. It is almost like an autistic approach. No offense intended.
They lost me as a customer not because of a 25 eur worth product, but because of their (not) understanding of how business should be. Never wanted anything to do with people with this kind of business ethics, never will.

Hello,
I'm sorry that you're unhappy with our service. However, it is not possible to take items back after 3 months. We have no way of knowing what happened in the meantime.
We always try to avoid mistakes, but as a customer you also have the responsibility to check the items you received. You don't have to be an electrician to see if we send the right items.
