Never again will I even consider using this company...
I recently went on the 8 day tour to Rome, Florence and Venice. Departing 20-07-2018. This tour was an absolute shambles and a letdown. The driver was mostly unhelpful throughout the trip.
First off, the hotels were extremely bad, the food was inedible and no AC in most of the rooms. The drinks at the most of the hotels were too expensive, paying 5 euros for a beer. The hotels were all located far away from anything or next to highways, so you could not even step out of the hotel to grab something to eat or drink, totally isolated from civilisation.
According to the brochure we were supposed to visit Verona at the end of day 2, but when we go to the region at the end of the day the driver said it was too late and we would not visit Verona. I do not give a @#$@#$, I paid to visit Verona.
Other forms of false advertising was the fact that you had to pay an additional amount to use Wifi at the hotels, at this day and age in our society who still pays for Wifi, honestly.
The tourguides in Rome and Florence were terrible, they were mainly focused on informing people where to go to the toilets than telling interesting facts about the city.
A lot of items are give as "optional extras", but they are not. If you do not attend the freakin 'afscheidsdiner' then you have to stand around until this has finished before you can go home, this was never mentioned anywhere. Under no circumstances was I going to pay another 15euros for dry bread, and sloppy pasta.

Not really.
It was nice to visit the cities (except Verona which our driver decided not to show us), but the mission to get there was as comfortable as falling down a flight of stairs.
