I made 2 large orders of sugar-free snacks, and in both times you sent me products that are almost expired (less than 1 month expiry date). I paid a lot of money for my orders and this is so unprofessional from your webshop.

Thank you for your review. How annoying that you are not satisfied with the shelf life of the products. I see that there has been no contact with our customer service yet.
If products have a shelf life of less than 3 months, we will mention this on the website and offer them at a discount.
Are you also aware that the products you ordered come from America and therefore have a different date? You can reverse the day and month of the expiration date.
If there is a problem with the shelf life, please send us an email klantenservice@dieetwebshop.nl. Then we will look for a solution together.
