It was a very bad customer service. The attendant lacked experience and had to contact her colleagues multiple times. I wanted to check the rates before proceeding but she rudely said that she cant explain everything at once and want to first create a profile. It took 30 min to create my profile and when I again asked her about the price, I was told it would be approx 200 euros. It did not even give me a chance to evaluate whether it was worth the cost as we had already spent 30 min on my profile !. I was not happy but still maintained my patience. Then the attender passed a strange remark that I am taking a deep breath and asking if I was smelling something . This irritated me to core ! Horrible behaviour.
