THEY DON'T CARE! It is just an online website that arranges independent installation partners, and do not take any responsibility for the delivery and installation planning. I have paid on 2023-04-03 and it was supposed to be installed within 4 weeks. I finally received a planning for the installation on 30 May for the installation to be on 23 June which did not happen. I had planned the whole day from 3 weeks in advance and took a day off! But then, first on 21 June at 18:58, I got a message if the installation can be done on 22 June, which of course was not possible. Then in the morning of 23 June, I got the message that the installation partner has a sick kid and cannot do it on this day! WHAT CAN I DO??? I am in touch with the installation party to hopefully find another day, and no one cares for the trouble I had to arrange everything. THEY DO NOT CARE.

Hier is iets helemaal niet goed gegaan. Alles is inmiddels gelukkig opgelost met de klant, maar dit had niet gemoeten.
