I wanted to order some Korilakkuma plushies (and buying these from a European website, since I live in the EU), and I fell over the Cuteness webshop when searching on Google. I was looking to place a larger order, since I was also shopping some gifts for my sister, and I reached out to Cuteness on their Facebook page. I had some questions regarding shipping to Denmark. The owner replied to my message within 24 hours. The owner even informed me of a 10% discount they were running at the time, because their shop was moving location. The store owner helped me with correctly entering my address (since it's a long address!) and helped me with my order. I had a very pleasant experience with the webshop and the owner! The products are great quality, too, the plushies are super soft and came well packaged and with original product tags.

I would say that Cuteness definitely is a great place to shop, since the owner replies quickly to any message through their Facebook page. I will definitely look forward to shopping here again!
