Bad windscreen repair and damaged armrest

Windscreen was repaired from a rock that hit it, still visible after repair and I was told it was normal, it got worse on the day after, looks like before the repair.
I was told that the car was vacuumed inside, this was unrequested and unauthorised, it seemed worse then before with shoe markings on the doorsteps.
To finish it, there was some kind of glue left on the armrest, it's a new car and this is not nice.
