As a tourist from Germany we needed help from a roadside assistant of the ANWB to open my locked car. Unfortunately we had to break one of the rear windows. He made a call to the Carglass Hotline and made an short-term appointment with the Carglass station in Leiden to fix a plastic disk at the broken window. The staff member did a great job within 20 minutes and the fixed pane was hard to recognize.
No problems during the rest of our stay in Netherland and while we drove back to Germany :o)
