Both were advertised at a competitive price, the ordering process was simple and the time from placing the order to the guns being delivered to me in the UK was superb. The tracking process for orders was also very good, showing the movement of the package every step of the way.

As previously stated, the prices are very competitive, certainly compared to UK sites, and the service and delivery are extremely good. Queries through the website are also good, being answered quickly and in full. Great customer service.

My experiences have been wholly positive. One very small improvement relates to the images on the website. The particular model pistol that I wanted was available in two versions. On other websites, including the manufacturer's, the difference was clear from the image, however, the images of both models on the Bunker501 website was the same. Very minor point though.
