It’s a mixed bag. Going to the shop, they’re super nice and helpful and I had a great experience. Online shopping can be ok to a train wreck. Depends it seems. Currently I’m waiting almost 2 weeks for a refund and yes, I understand Christmas and all that so I’ve been patient but this is also more than a week after they said it was sent. My other order made at Christmas has been delayed multiple times even though I’ve looked on the site and seen the items come and go from being in stock.
