I placed my order during the holiday period when the store was closed, whilst understanding that when the store opened I knew they would have a few orders piled up I waited for a couple days but heard nothing.
After that I emailed the store to find out that one of the products I had ordered was out of stock, slightly disappointed I quickly changed my order with the help of the staff member and he was super quick correcting my order.
I appreciated the support from customer service but was slightly disappointed that I had to email to find out about my order, usually it would be the stores emailing me. However overall I'm happy :)

I believe my only issues we're the fact I had to email to store to find out that a product I ordered was out of stock, I believe that was a simple mistake with inventory however I also believe that when an item gets lower than 5 in stock it would be a good idea to inform the customer before purchase that the item may already be sold out as there would be such a low quantity.
