Took so long for them to ship and when they did ship, they used the worst shipping company that lost my package. I've sent them feedback regarding this and that the next time I order, I would like them to use a different company. They never responded, I lost a 100euro package and won't be ordering from them again due to the terrible communication

Dear Bunker 501, I've just ordered an action army hop up chamber, bbs and prometheus tensioner. You used Chronopost to deliver. It is well known that Chronopost is the worst deliverer out there- so thanks to that, I don't have my package and it has been marked as delivered. 100Euros down the drain. But untill now we never got any response from you .
In that mail we told you that we started an investigation where your package is.
Further more the track and trace states that is is delivered:

We work with sendcloud as a mulitple freight forwarder so we dont pick the freight forwarder.
So we have started an ivestigation where your package can be while the package is marked as delivered. Unfortunetely the freight forwarders dont work that fast.
The Package is marked as delivered to you , so now we have asked for a signature to verify who has the package now.
All we can do now is wait for the outcome of that investigation, because the package is marked as delivered and not as lost!
A pitty that you do not contact us in the first place beacuse we have sent a reply , maybe you should check your spam!!
And we do all that is in our power to locate the package , but than again the package is delivered according to the track and trace so we have to wait for the investigation outcome.
