Incompetence of its highest. Uploaded online a prescription today. Waited twice for nearly 20 mins for someone to pick up the phone. Medication was available in the pharmacy, arranged that my husband comes to pick it up. Well he went and was told he couldn’t as the prescription needed sent by the dentist. He went again after talk with me and guess, the same happened. He was denied again for the above mentioned reason. I call and wait another 20 mins, eventually speaking with the same person I spoke initially. Well, in the end she tells me the medication can be picked up today. To top it off, the person at the reception even went his way and spoke with the pharmacist, who said the medication can’t be picked up. And in the end, the medication could be picked up. Incompetence at its best!
