Despite some complaints (long turnaround time - 12 days from payment to results, sample logistics, opening times of sapling points not easily accessible) predominantly a positive experience. All of my complaints would be addressed, had there been one sampling point within 1hr car ride with the tubes ready on site, even better if they could arrange the postage. This level of convenience would be expected from a self-paid medical service.

Most of our blood draw locations are within about 15 kilometers of the customer’s home address. Unfortunately, this isn’t always possible in some regions yet. We’re actively working to expand our network so that more locations become available.
Additionally, we do not have access to the appointment calendars of the blood draw locations. At most locations, it’s possible to schedule a blood draw appointment within a few days. Unfortunately, in your situation, it took a little longer. I also see that a request for an amended referral letter was submitted in the evening. Since this was outside our business hours, we were unable to address it until the next business day.
