Avoid this lab at all costs! terrible terrible service! they made SO MANY MISTAKES with the tests I ordered from them. Their lab is in CHAOS and they abused my time , money and trust. If you care about your physical and mental health - do your tests with a different lab. They did nothing but give excuses , instead of taking their clients seriously. It is horrifying that a company that is supposed to help you in your health journey , instead makes your life so much more difficult. I have wasted several months trying to deal with this lab (and 54 emails exchanged!!) for only a few tests. i strongly advise to stay away from it.
