Horrible. Products are okay, just the costumer service is a big no no. Took her a week to send my package, and even thought the package was not yet send she refused to cancel the order. When I told her it’s not according to law she stopped answering e-mails. Eventually I got the items a day after I needed them. If you have the same situation I highly recommend reporting her to ConsuWijzer (ACM) as I did.
