Returned the car to Hilversum office. Guy checked the car and raised issue that there is scratch on right rear rim. I told him that this was already in Amsterdam. This was proofed by checking the video.
However suddenly, I got email, that I damaged front bumper of the car with some photos. But no report was written with me, nothing. I have not seen any proof from Avis that I have done this, that the damage was not on a car before. Or that the damage did not happen after I returned the car. I just had to pay for it. Very, very bad experience.
